- We conduct additional guest screening outside the booking platform. Booking your stay acknowledges this. We, along with our third-party SafelyStay, Inc., will screen your identity and check criminal databases. Full terms are on their website. - Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.

- Guests are required to sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement, which includes the house rules.
